We aim to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate at the time of listing. However, slight variations in products, packaging, or appearance may occur due to supplier availability or seasonal changes.
If an item becomes unavailable, Mother in Bloom reserves the right to substitute a similar product of equal or greater value where necessary.

Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Payment must be received in full prior to shipment unless using an approved instalment or payment plan option offered through the website.
Mother in Bloom reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Subscription & Multi-Box Collections
For customers purchasing multi-box collections, boxes may be shipped progressively throughout pregnancy and postpartum at timing determined by Mother in Bloom or selected at checkout.
Instalment payments must remain up to date for future boxes to be shipped.
Shipping
We currently ship within New Zealand unless otherwise stated.
Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays outside of our control. Once orders have been dispatched, Mother in Bloom is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services.
Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details provided are accurate at the time of purchase.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of self-care, wellness, and personal products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [your email address] with your order number and photographs of the issue.
Refunds or replacements are assessed at the discretion of Mother in Bloom.
