Mother in Bloom currently ships within New Zealand unless otherwise stated.

Processing & Shipping Timeframes

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise specified.

For multi-box collections, boxes may be shipped progressively throughout pregnancy and postpartum at timing selected during purchase or determined by Mother in Bloom.

Shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless free shipping is included as part of a collection offer.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. Mother in Bloom is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once parcels have been dispatched, delivery is managed by third-party courier providers. While we will do our best to assist with delivery issues, Mother in Bloom is not responsible for courier delays or lost parcels once shipped.
