At Mother in Bloom, we take great care in preparing each order. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs where applicable

We will assess each situation individually and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products, including:

  • Self-care items

  • Wellness products

  • Food or consumable items

  • Personal care products

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method where possible.
